For people with average daily blood sugar levels below 6.7 mmol/l (<120 mg/dl), 2 capsules per day are recommended, i.e., 1 capsule half an hour after breakfast and 1 half an hour after dinner or before bed.
For people with average daily blood sugar levels from 6.7 mmol/l to 7.8 mmol/l (120 mg/dl - 140 mg/dl), 3-4 capsules per day are recommended, i.e., 1 half an hour after breakfast, 1 half an hour after lunch, and 1 (2) half an hour after dinner or before bed.
For people with average daily blood sugar levels above 7.8 mmol/l (>140 mg/dl), 6 capsules per day are recommended, i.e., 2 half an hour after breakfast, 2 half an hour after lunch, and 2 half an hour after dinner or before bed.
We recommend that you monitor your blood sugar levels more frequently when using Glukolin so that you can track your progress. In the first week of use, it is advisable to check your glucose two to three times a day.
